Integration of a more recent version of SWUpdate.

It also adds the swupdate-progress service, which is integrated as hook inside SWUpdate. This forces an automatically reboot of the system, after an update.

@jan-kiszka Do you think this patch is necessary for the upcoming dunfell release? If so I will merge it and rebase the 3.1 rc based on it, otherwise I would defer it until next release.

Yes, this should go in. It's "harmless" for the normal image, and it's valuable for custom builds of swupdate images. Heiko should just sign off his patch.
