SWUpdate improvements #465

Several bits from the EOSS CIP demo, now refactored for mainline. These are updating SWUpdate itself and also address a blind window of the watchdog during initramfs operations.

Currently in draft until isar-cip-core next becomes master.

Now using isar-cip-core v1.1-rc1 - it's ready.
