Support for new variant IOT2050-SM #506

Introduction of new IOT2050-SM variant.

The main use case is to connect to some of the PLC1200 signal modules.

This variant drops the Arduino interface. A new ASIC is added to handle the communication between the AM6548 and the signal modules.
