According to https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2024-34351, this vulnerability is only valid when the use server
primitive is used to enable the Next.JS server action feature. Fortunately, we are not using this feature at this moment, so the upcoming released V1.4 version is not affected, hence we can delay the merge to post V1.4 tag.
Bumps next from 13.5.4 to 14.1.1.
