Read struct by children containing array #3

Prior to implementing support for arrays in structs the following feature must be implemented: https://github.com/siemens/simatic-s7-webserver-api/issues/1 afterwards the Extension PlcProgramReadStructByChildValues shall be checked to support reading by children also for the arrays
