Tab-Session-Manager crashes Firefox on startup #1184

After updating Firefox to v112.0.2, Tab-Session-Manager add-on causes FF to crash when it starts. I have to start FF in safe mode, disable the add-on to be able to start FF in normal mode.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start FF pre-v112.0.2
  2. Install Tab Session Manager
  3. Use FF as required
  4. When FF shows a new version is available, allow FF to update itself.
  5. On the next restart FF will open, but then immediately crash before you can access the window.
  6. Start FF in safe mode.
  7. Disable the Tab Session Manager.
  8. Close and restart FF - it now successfully restarts.

+1 the same behavior also for me. I managed to re-install firefox copy and rename old profile to the new name of the new firefox install and everything seems to be working but now the google sync is not working from inside the plugin it is empty image

+1. I've been looking everywhere for a solution. My experience is exactly the same as the OP.

Spotted the same problem in Firefox 126.0.1. Tab Session manager version 7.0.0.
