Delayed loading doesn't work in incognito in Chrome. #1299

Short description

Delayed loading doesn't work in Chrome's incognito mode.

When I try to recover a session, all windows and tabs open normally, but while in regular windows tabs open discarded and don't load until you click on them, in incognito windows they load from the beginning.
