Async web site can't be translate with google api #488

Hi,

as title, the website : https://cryptopanic.com/ can't be translated correctly.

Can u please try to figure the solved way to help me? Thank you.

It can't be translated because entries are fetched client-side and the site's API cares about origin of calls to it.
