ibs could automatically use (provided) linuxdeployqt to create ready Linux packages.

An initial verson of this functionality (with some ugly hardcoded stuff) available in v0.0.3. It works! gibs can generate AppImage packages when path to linuxdeployqt is passed via --deploy-tool.

More work is needed to improve it, of course. Lack of time right now, as always... :-)
