Source of LAI maps #4

@sierrapor to confirm the source of LAI data (SPOT or MODIS) that you have in your geo_em file, could you share a screenshot of the ncview output or plot done in python for LAI12M[Time, month, south_north, west_east] for the month of January - i.e. LAI12M[0, 0, :, :]?

Great, thank you @sierrapor. The figure shows an abrupt transition in the north of Europe, which is caused by gap filling of the LAI data obtained from the SPOT satellite in December and January with the MODIS data. The data are missing due to the position of the SPOT satellite, which did not capture the data in the far north during those 2 months. To make long thing short - the data you are having in your geo_em file are the LAI map based on the SPOT satellite data, which you can use for the comparison with the table output.
