Tiny changes to TS 2023 school. #26

SIESTA link changed. Also Siesta in caps. Siesta workshop->school.

The URL contained a hardcoded absolute url, which should be avoided (use {{ site.baseurl }} instead, if needed). When I changed the link I also made it point to the SIESTA School 2023 page rather than to the main SIESTA page.

@zerothi If all the changes are OK, please merge this PR. The resulting site is already uploaded to the hosting (siesta-project.org).
