appveyor CI and x64 build #47

initial version with appveyor.yml configuration
updated n++ plugin inteface files to https://github.com/npp-plugins/plugintemplate/releases/tag/v3.1
adapt for vs2013 and vs2015, added jN.vcxproj
adapt for x64 with some basic tests further testing is necessary to find remaining conversion issues. Also remaining compiler warnings need to be checked and resolved.

PS: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/chcg/jn-npp-plugin/build/2.2.183.5/job/g0nefsh5boh783xr caused an internal compiler error with optimization full therfore changed to speed
