Invalid utf-8 sequence with lualatex #5

Compilation of hausarbeit-demo.tex throws the following error on up-to-date TL2023 using lualatex:

! String contains an invalid utf-8 sequence.

Thanks for the report. This is caused by the old jurabook.cls which is encoded in latin1. Using a converted utf8 version solves the problem. One could try to contact the author/maintainer and ask him to allow an update which just changes the encoding. Alternatively a new class jurabook-utf8.cls could be uploaded to CTAN and then be used by hausarbeit-jura. A third option is to rewrite everything from scratch and use some up-to-date approaches. jurabook.cls.txt
