Missing View Hotels Command and Add Hotels Command in the UG #13

The UG did not mention the View Hotels Command and Add Hotels Command. Furthermore, the example for Add Hotel Command in the Help Section is invalid resulting in the Add Hotel Command function to not be usable as the reader doesn't know how to use it due to a lack of instructions in the UG.
