I have added the navbar for the website which contains links to different sections of the website fixes #11 Screenshot (221) Screenshot (220)

On hovering

@neha030 Thanks for the pr but you need to edit this like- the css file of index.html, it should be saved on styles/index.css file and the logo should also be in the images folder.
