ICO (E) shows black screen only

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load ICO

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game runs with some ingame problems (according to compatibility list on 
pcsx2.net)... But no... Black screen...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SCES_507.60 (CRC:5C991F4E)
Tested on revisions 109, 129, 135, 148, 156 and pcsx2_0.9.5_svn377 on XP 
SP3 and Vista all 32bit
Several GSDX revisions, ZeroGS 0.97... Same thing...

Please provide any additional information below.
Stuck at beginning with black screen. GSDX displays resolution 1x1 pixel 
and counts frames with 45-50 fps. Memory usage: 0, CPU: 1-10%

Use run>execute instead of file>run cdvd.

Well... I have to forgot about this game... GSDX crashes... ZeroGS works, but 
slow 
and with strong SPS even with additional owerflow checks... Pity...
