OK.. downloaded the Homebrew Demo iso called "The Black lotus - 4 edges"
from http://ps2dev.org/ps2/Demos

but whenever I run it.. the emu crashes..

besides, I wonder if elf files works with playground or not. most demos
don't work!! like space invaders (found in the same site) which used to
work in the very earliest releases of pcsx2 official..

the Homebrew demo "Aura for Laura" CD, works at first, but gives a warning >

It varies. In fact, Black Lotus has worked before in playground, though at 
really
slow speeds. And I happen to know that the ScummVm port to the PS 2 works, at 
least
with "Beyond A Steel Sky".

Though you really are better off using a native version of ScummVm.

This was fixed in PCSX2 0.9.6 -- was caused by some bugs in the ELF loading 
code and a 
bug in memcpy_fast.
