Sound is too loud #131

Since the last (svn 400-500) modifications of sound subsystem sound became 
too loud.
Can you add volume regulator or something?

SPU2Ghz is in for some rework. Volume levels may also be reworked. Anyway, do 
try to
reconfigre spu2ghz.
