Enabling Tri-ace fix causes pcsx2 to crash when loading .elf file first. #144

Using VLTB svn 672. 
Enabling Vu add/sub hack, loading star ocean in linuz, then running an .elf
file (in this case, codebreaker) causes pcsx2 to crash immediately. works
fine in older vltb versions, 63x.
