TLB Bug #24

Redarding PCSX2 0.9.5 SVN390

When testing Tekken 5 PAL ENG
Coupled with Latest Sony PS2 Bios SCPH-90006
VM versions crashes when Main game loads(When picture starts)
but when coupled with the oldest bios it works

With the TLB versions with the latest bios 
erroe is like cpu TLB miss xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

When TLB is coupled with the oldest bios it works fine

Why so much variations

But I see a Little performance increase with the change of bios in SVN 377

Another BIOS might startup at a different timing and Tekken hates it.
Nothing we can do about it.
