CPU options screen doesn't save settings on exit #40

I compiled revision 308 and noticed that when you change the CPU options,
such as Dual Core/MTGS/anything, the emu 'forgets' it on the next startup.

Specs:

Vista x64 SP1
3.4Ghz Q9550
4GB RAM
8800GT
latest DX runtimes[Nov 2008]

Hmm, it works here using the latest revision.

Tried 309 as well, and it seems to have fixed it. Maybe I had a bad compile?
