Cpu config - Detailed settings do not store #41

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upon restarting PCSX2.

3) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All 4 settings reset to 0.

4) What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
396_PPr315_pcsx2.exe
Windows XP SP3
