1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground?
(If so, please specify the latest pcsx2-playground or Official revision
that last worked.)
Last worked ? Official 0.9.1

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable EE-Recs
2. Play game in any version since 0.9.1
3.

3) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Output should be normal dmg at about 10-40. What you see is some random
number in the millions.
Also EXP is wrong too. Instant lvl 9999.

4) What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tested it with many many versions since 0.9.4 on XP and Vista 64

5) Please provide any additional information below.
Non-TLB version completly bugged. TLB version is a bit more accurate for
some reason.

GOGO DRK .. waitin for ur changes :)

Well, that's a known problem.
Can prolly be solved by rewriting the EErec.
Wanna give it a shot? :p

Just so you know, I'm trying a lot of ideas concerning this specific problem.
Didn'nt find any solution yet though.

Started a new issue for this with a more appropriate title, since we isolated
the
specific cause and just have to figure out the correct fix now.
