Devil May Cry is slow #81

Nobody has noticed, but DMC1 became very-very slow somewhere between r306 
and r317... All revisions greater then r317 are extremely slow... Issue 33 
and Issue 53 are still there in latest SPU2GHz revision...

Just did a quick test of the game, and it ran like a dream as it has for quite 
some
time. Perfect 50 fps (50 fps limiter on) with no slow down.

However I did notice that music was missing from a few of the levels when usng 
SPU2GHZ.

At last i realized what was the case...
I'm very sorry...
I've turned on logging when tested Ecco the Dolphin, and I forgot to turn it 
off 
after that...

Heh.. that's ok.  I've done things like freak out over low fps for an hour only 
to
realize I had MTGS turned off. ;)
