Summoner 2 (NTSC) cut-scenes & menu options stuck

Sorry for bad english

1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground? 
(If so, please specify the latest pcsx2-playground or Official revision
that last worked.)

Tried another builds (Pg & official) and game didn’t work correct. VM and
TLB. Tried some other  plugins [Guilty Gear XX A Core work only on
P.E.Op.S. plugins – P.E.Op.S CDVD (CDDA mod) 1.3.0 + P.E.Op.SPU2 1.9.0]

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. begin-cut scenes (opening window for dialog) on "game engine" (not a
some type video)
2. and/or entering options in game’s top menu

3) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Pass dialog (cut-scene)and continue game.
Actual: stuck then opened window for beginning dialog.

4) What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows Vista x64 Ultimate

5) Please provide any additional information below.

Press button START and choice SKIP (scene) will resolve problem but no in
top game menu.

I have the latest version of PSCX2 and I bought two copies of Summoner 2 and 
made 
ISOs of both of them I tried about 6 different combinations of CPU solvers, 
like 
round nearest and so forth.

But during in game cut scenes the only way to pass without a freeze is by 
skipping 
them, and this is an RPG so that's not good for the story.

Apparently we were told to wait, I guess I'll have to hope my classmate gives 
me back 
my ps2, bastard still has it!
