r515 plays 《Gundam Musou 2》，when using VUskip, the screen shakes

1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground? 
(If so, please specify the latest pcsx2-playground or Official revision
that last worked.)

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. choose GSDX graphics plugin and VUskip
2. run game and begin to play(I mean enter the game,not the menu)
3. when the VUskip works, the screen will begin to shake(or sparkle?)
PS:when use the Normal CPU OPTION,it works normally,but too slow to bear..
3) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the shaking screen.

4) What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

windows xp sp2
