We should be able to generate a human-readable document describing DUH schema from the same code base. Here are some features that we want to have:

[ ] single HTML Spec page
[ ] publish on https://sifive.github.io/duh-schema
[ ] include DUH spec
[ ] put more descriptive JSON schema annotations
[ ] use jsdoc annotations when not enough?
