As a NavTipBot, I want to monitor the subreddit /r/NavTipBot so that I can later write an answer to people, who want to tip NAV Coins to other reddit users.

Acceptance Criterias:

Monitor /r/NavTipBot for new posts with content !tip x nav /u/NavTipBot
