Recommendation: 1) Accept 2) Lightning Talk This paper studies the failure of the W3C's Social Web Working Group, as well as the limited adaption of decentralized platforms in its wake. The argument here is that the problem lies in conceptual modeling, and that these platforms suffer from a lack of imagination in centering the 'community' through the lens of the individual. This is interesting take on information modeling - where we often think about entities or workflows, how we conceive of community and persons broadens our discussion in a beneficial way.
Note that the use of 'Nazis' here seems too specific of a label, given that the context seems to be referring to a wider array of white supremacist and adjacent groups than those that center alignment with the Nazis.
