Can we get it reformatted so that we are next to each other as opposed to up and down?

I just think it would look nicer... And a space in between the text with the email address and our names.

This one will take some learning on my part. OK if I come back to it a bit later once the other tickets are resolved (at least the more pressing ones)? Then I'll see what I can do!
