Width adjustment of elements in two-column/grid

The Seattle photo is not as wide as the grid with the logos (and in the “old” version as the green bar with the preliminary program).

(NOTE FROM MCJ: I actually think I intentionally left these smaller than the grid, so we will change them to be otherwise.)
