Description

Showing a page of all sigs and allow administrators to perform various single/batch actions on the sig(s) (similar to in #21).

Permissions

Officers can get general access
Must be officer of SIG to see/edit it
super admin is only role that can add/remove SIGs

Features

Add SIG (Super Admin)
Remove SIG (Super Admin)
Edit SIG details (Officer of SIG)
For each SIG user is an officer of: (officer of SIG)
- Add user to SIG
- Remove user from SIG
- Add Officer to SIG
Filtering the list of SIGs via search bar and filter button
