Orbital Drop UPDATE #20

The orbital drop functionality needs to be changed.

Now as a parameter, it is taking in a x, y, and variant as a parameter.

Any type of droid should be able to be dropped, EXCEPT FOR HANGARS. If something is spawned and happens to land on something else, it should be destroyed.

Code currently allows OribtalDropping hangars.

I just checked this; the current version does not allow you to drop hangars. (Unless there's some weird workaround that involves a variant number other than 7 to spawn a hangar.)
