Desc: Have competitors be able to publicly challenge other people and send a message to the challenged team and have them respond with a yes or no. If yes then have bort talk with the arena to create the game and view the results

Input: bort challenge bort accept challenge

Output: Winner is because of <win condition/results>

Any new features involving changes to the arena will likely have to wait until next semester.

We planned to implement this next semester but we might start some of it this semester.
