This contains changes that allow configuration of a GitLab docker container to be exported and reimported for later use.
The README.md contains information on how this works.
tldr
Normal GitLab images will expect a gitlab-data container to exist and it will use the data container's volumes instead of using its own volumes. The gitlab-data container is a simple busybox container that contains the relevant folders and files that allow GitLab to persist reboots and in our case, entire systems.
