Should there be a larger separation between arena and web server than initially thought?

Is this repo not covered by the individual colisee-* repos?

Unless we want to keep it for some reference material, I don't see why we need to keep this repository. At the very least we should mark it as deprecated or not under active development.

If this is all covered by the sub repos, then that's fine. However, I wonder if this would be a good "directory" to those sub repos. Having a lot of repos floating around could be a bit confusing, so having this here with a README that can point to those repos and explain what they do could be a nice idea.
