Team Logo & Approval Process #111

Users should be able to upload a logo for their team.

This feature could later be used in the bracket visualizer and web visualizer to display the name and logo when teams are playing instead of just the name.

Also, there should be an image approval process. There are few enough teams to make this possible, but we would want to screen the logos for obviously inappropriate content.

For botnet, we generated a little dude for each team similar to the way GitHub generates default profile pictures for users. What if we do something like that? Generate images and use those as team pictures?

We could even do something where we reuse generated images for teams that compete multiple semesters. If a team uses the same name for multiple MegaMinerAIs, and keeps at least one team member the same between competitions, then they have the option to keep using their logo.

If we do add team pictures, a randomly generated picture is a must. Not everyone wants to upload a picture for their team, but if we display team pictures on the bracket or somewhere else, everyone should have a picture.
