arch-bootstrap.sh porting for sh4 #24

Hi, just say thanks for your script.
Here is my script which porting for 'sh4' CPU.

TODO: download as foo.part when OK then rename it.

I'm still porting, there are many problems exist there.

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Archbootstrap and add a link there (it 
will have more visibility than an issue here)

Ideally it could be integrated with my script, but you'd have to make it 
compatible with the two other archs.

Closing the issue for now, reopen if necessary.

It is difficult to integrated with your script, because your script assume the 
file repository contains sub-directory.  But, sh4twbox is now host on google 
code, it contains only single directory.
