Missing support for manylinux x86_64 / sdist in 16.0.0 #46

Are there plans to continue manylinux support for x86_64? musllinux doesn't appear to be picked up as an installation candidate in my environment and the sdist is also missing as a backup

There was a "no disk spaces" failure in github CI last night. I have just uploaded the required wheels to Pypi for x86_64 manylinux: https://pypi.org/project/libclang/16.0.0/#files
