Hi All! This is a great piece of software :cool: but missing citation instructions 🤔 . Let me propose to add a CITATION.cff file as recommended to all valuable projects.

I just maintain scripts to upload wheels to pypi to simply the installation process. To cite libclang, please cite llvm-project itself: https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project
