Repository reorganization #6

Hi @sighingnow, now that we are using this repository only for the primesieve Haskell bindings, it seems like we should rename the Github repository to something like "primesieve-haskell" (which would be parallel another similar repository I maintain, pgujjula/primecount-haskell), to help people find the library more easily. What do you think?
