browser-sync plugin #6

I haven't used browser sync before but it looks really cool. The sigh-livereload plugin provides the "browsers are automatically updated as you change sources..." bit, but browser sync does a lot more. Seems the browsersync API is excellent, writing a sigh plugin for it should be a very short amount of work.
