#6 Add Sparkfun ESP32-C6 and Adafruit ESP32-C3 #7

Resolves #4 & #6

Testing

  1. Follow the instructions to checkout your dependencies at the right place from #6
  2. Note sketch verifies and compiles for both C3 and C6
  3. Uncomment #define USESCD4X to try building for the SCD4x
