New TTM guidelines requests 4mil copper-to-copper spacing per capabilities document: image This has been changed since a TTM capabilities document received around December, 2016. TTM went ahead and approved the 3.5mil spacing. However, future revisions may want to consider the increased copper-to-copper spacing to improve volume manufacturing performance.

This is no longer an issue with new fab vendor (Harbor Electronics).
