Create the API server for the project and 2 endpoint:

https://api.stxstats.co/api/dailyTransactions - Get the daily transactions count of the Stacks Blockchain.
https://api.stxstats.co/api/dailyTransactionsNetworkFees - Get the daily amount of transactions fees paid to miners of the Stacks Blockchain.
