All canonical Extensions should have examples #167

  1. Descriptions to be compliant with NTIA formatting, which is better.
  2. Every extensions should have an example similar to how NTIA has it implemented.

Originally discussed GNU Radio Conference 2021.

I think #1 is a requirement for v1.0.0.

2 we could tag a release without.... but it would sure be good to have.

The first of these is now complete. The second is not. Rewording the title and marking for v1.x dev.
