Distribution has not been paid. #141

Hi,

The project currently has the "Automatically send 1% of the balance" option disabled (it's a check box in the project settings). That means distributions are not sent automatically and you must decide the amounts first.

I figured out why it wasn't working. I specified 1,400 PPC to one commit, but I did not fill out the others. I selected the "remove" for the others and now it worked.
