dataset(autsl): add class labels #28

Apparently, there exists a label mapping between the class ID and meaning in English and Turkish https://data.chalearnlap.cvc.uab.cat/AuTSL/data/SignList_ClassId_TR_EN.csv

We should include that info in the dataset, very important.
