Improve click and scroll to reference by hashtag #16

When you click a link for a reference paper, the page scroll to a position where the citation text is hidden behind the page header.

Solution 1: make the header hide on scroll down & show on scroll up - this also increases the readable area
Solution 2: make sure it scrolls to the right position - easier, I think there is JavaScript somewhere to control this behavior, where is it?
