Gloss recommendations bullet-list format fix #53

Attempted fix of incorrect rendering of bullet list.

Changes: Using "-" instead of "*", and adding a newline.

It looked fine when rendering in https://dillinger.io/, so I think I shall have to figure out how to build/ render the website locally
